What Oticon Reveal does
Reveal is a rechargeable miniRITE hearing aid. These are the features your audiologist will talk through at a fitting appointment.
Dual AI: Speech AI and Context AI
Two dedicated AI features run at the same time. Speech AI sharpens the voice you are listening to, while Context AI keeps the sounds around you audible, so conversation and surroundings stay in balance.
Wind & Handling Stabilizer 2.0
Attenuates wind and handling noise by up to 40 dB, which is up to 10 dB more than the first generation of the feature.
A new connectivity platform
Oticon reports 53% better connection stability and up to 32% greater range while streaming, compared with the previous platform.
Bluetooth® LE Audio and Auracast™
Stream music and take hands-free calls from compatible iPhone, iPad and Android™ devices, and connect directly to Auracast broadcasts in venues where they are available.
All-day rechargeable power
Up to 20 hours of hearing on a full charge.* A one-hour top-up gives up to 16 hours. The portable SmartCharger recharges the aids away from a power outlet.
Fitted and tuned by your audiologist
Your audiologist programs Reveal to your own hearing test results and adjusts it at follow-up. Fine-tuning is done in the clinic, by hand.

Oticon Reveal is available in the miniRITE R rechargeable style. Oticon CROS RE can be paired with it for single-sided hearing loss.

Common questions about Oticon Reveal
Is Oticon Reveal right for my hearing loss?
That depends on your audiogram. Reveal is fitted after a hearing assessment, and your audiologist will tell you whether it suits your results or whether another model fits better.
How is Reveal different from Oticon Intent?
Reveal introduces the Dual AI system, which runs Speech AI and Context AI at the same time, and a new connectivity platform. Your audiologist can demonstrate both in the clinic.
Can I claim a health fund rebate?
Hearing aids are not covered by hospital cover. You need extras cover, and not every extras policy includes a hearing aid benefit. Where one applies, a 12-month waiting period is common and funds usually limit claims to once every three to five years. Amounts vary widely by fund and level of cover. See our page on private health insurance rebates, and check your own entitlement with your fund before you commit.
How long does a fitting take?
Your audiologist programs Reveal to your own hearing test results at the fitting, and adjusts it at a follow-up once you have worn it in everyday situations. We will tell you how long to allow when you book.
Which clinics fit Oticon Reveal?
Oticon Reveal is fitted at all Ear & Hearing Australia clinics. Our main clinics are Melbourne CBD, Toorak, Camberwell, Kew, Ashburton and Malvern. Our visiting clinics are Balwyn, Canterbury, Docklands, Hawthorn East, Reservoir and Surrey Hills, and these run on set days, so we will confirm the next available appointment when you book.
