Moh is a leading Doctor of Audiology with over 30 years of experience in different areas of Audiology, as a Research Audiologist, an Audiology Lecturer and a Clinical Audiologist. Moh is a well-known and trusted Audiologist who has improved people’s quality of life over the last three decade.

Moh has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Adult Hearing Rehabilitation, Hearing aid Prescription & Fittings, Diagnostic audiology & Tinnitus management.

He also has experience in Cochlear implants, Paediatric Audiology, Electrophysiological Hearing Assessment & Clinical Research. Moh is an expert in assessment, selection and fitting of the most technologically advanced and invisible hearing aids. Moh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University of Sydney and a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences, in the USA.

Moh is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), a Member of the International Society of Audiology (ISA), a member of Independent Audiologist Australia (IAA) and is a member of Audiology Australia and holds a Clinical Certificate of Practice (CCP).

Moh is accredited by the Government department of Age care, Office of Hearing services and Victorian Workcover Authority and is registered as a provider for Medicare, TAC and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) hearing services. Moh is also registered as a clinical Audiology supervisor for Latrobe University, the University of Western Australia and the University of Melbourne students.

Hami has been enjoying helping people with their hearing needs since 1998. She has both a Master of Clinical Audiology degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Audiology from Iran University of Medical Sciences.

She is one of the longest-serving members of the Ear & Hearing Audiological team. During this time Hami has developed her extensive experience in various fields of audiology, specialising in adult fittings and rehabilitation. Hami’s extensive experience, up to date knowledge of developments in the field of audiology and charming manner means she is much in demand.

Wai Yin Pong

Senior Audiologist

Wai Yin Pong is a Senior Audiologist with a decade worth of experience, she has been with Ear and Hearing Australia, an independent hearing provider since 2018. She studied at University of Melbourne completing a Masters of Clinical Audiology degree in 2012.

She brings a wealth of knowledge in diagnostic hearing assessments, hearing rehabilitation, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus treatment and wax management. She prides herself in providing exceptional patient care through excellent clinical and communication skills. Wai is passionate in enhancing an individual’s quality of life by optimising their hearing needs and supporting them through their hearing journey.

Mark Truong

Mark is a clinical audiologist passionate about helping others and providing the very best in hearing care. He holds a Masters of Clinical Audiology and Bachelor of Applied Science degree from La Trobe University.

Mark, an empathetic audiologist, intimately understands the struggles of hearing loss as he navigates his own journey with it. Wearing hearing aids transformed his world, shifting from muffled voices to newfound clarity. Mark’s personal and professional experiences uniquely position him to connect with others facing similar challenges. As an advocate for solidarity and understanding, he’s dedicated to helping his patients find harmony in a world that sometimes forgets to truly listen.

Zeila Santos Cruz

Zeila has been helping children and adults with hearing problems for more than 8 years. She holds a Master of Clinical Audiology degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Pathology degree from FCMSCSP in Brazil.

Zeila is very enthusiastic about helping people of all ages overcome their hearing issues and communicate more efficiently.

Roxana Haghighi

Roxana is an experienced and knowledgeable Audiologist with more than 19 years of clinical experience. She is passionate about helping people improve their hearing, communication, and overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

With a genuine desire to empower clients to thrive and succeed in the later stages of life, Roxana has also pursued studies in Gerontology. Her understanding of healthy ageing allows her to provide holistic, person-centred care that supports each client’s independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Tracey Tra

Tracey completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences at La Trobe University, followed by a Master of Clinical Audiology at the University of Melbourne.

Her passion for audiology began with a simple but powerful idea — that hearing is more than a sense; it’s how we connect, share, and belong. As she learned more about the field, she became drawn to the blend of science, people, and purpose that audiology offers.

Tracey is a strong believer in patient-centred care, taking the time to understand each person’s lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Her warm and empathetic nature helps patients feel at ease, and she values building genuine connections throughout their hearing journey.

Whether she’s guiding someone through their first hearing aid fitting or helping fine-tune the details to improve everyday listening, Tracey is dedicated to making hearing care personal, approachable, and empowering.

Dr. Alisha Isaac Gudkar

Alisha has more than four years of experience working with adults and children who have hearing and listening difficulties. She holds a Master of Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from MGMDCH, Mumbai, India. She has completed a joint PhD between the University of Melbourne and the University of Manchester, focusing on auditory processing and listening difficulties.

Originally trained as a dentist, Alisha discovered her passion for audiology through her desire to provide more holistic and patient-centred care. She is committed to delivering evidence-based hearing care that supports patients in reaching their full communication potential. Known for her bright disposition and friendly approach, Alisha enjoys building genuine connections with her patients and helping people of all ages navigate their hearing and listening challenges with confidence.
