Dr. Moh Dadafarin

Dr. Moh Dadafarin

Director – Principal Audiologist

Moh is a leading Doctor of Audiology with over 30 years of experience in different areas of Audiology, as a Research Audiologist, an Audiology Lecturer and a Clinical Audiologist. Moh is a well-known and trusted Audiologist who has improved people’s quality of life over the last three decade.

Moh has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Adult Hearing Rehabilitation, Hearing aid Prescription & Fittings, Diagnostic audiology & Tinnitus management.

He also has experience in Cochlear implants, Paediatric Audiology, Electrophysiological Hearing Assessment & Clinical Research. Moh is an expert in assessment, selection and fitting of the most technologically advanced and invisible hearing aids. Moh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University of Sydney and a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences, in the USA.

Moh is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), a Member of the International Society of Audiology (ISA), a member of Independent Audiologist Australia (IAA) and is a member of Audiology Australia and holds a Clinical Certificate of Practice (CCP).

Moh is accredited by the Government department of Age care, Office of Hearing services and Victorian Workcover Authority and is registered as a provider for Medicare, TAC and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) hearing services. Moh is also registered as a clinical Audiology supervisor for Latrobe University, the University of Western Australia and the University of Melbourne students.

Nazila Mosheri

Director – Hearing Clinician

Nazila is one of the Company Directors at Ear & Hearing Australia. Nazila originally obtained her qualifications in Biology at Tehran University, before moving to Australia in 1994. Nazila commenced working at Ear & Hearing Australia in 2004 as part of the management team, before obtaining her Audiometry qualification in 2007 and becoming a member of the Australian College of Audiology.

For several years Nazila worked as part of the audiology team helping our clients with their hearing needs. She is currently part of the management and administration team. Nazila’s friendly and personable nature makes her popular with both clients and staff.

Hami Resalat

Hami Resalat

Clinical Audiologist

Hami has been enjoying helping people with their hearing needs since 1998. She has both a Master of Clinical Audiology degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Audiology from Iran University of Medical Sciences.

She is one of the longest-serving members of the Ear & Hearing Audiological team. During this time Hami has developed her extensive experience in various fields of audiology, specialising in adult fittings and rehabilitation. Hami’s extensive experience, up to date knowledge of developments in the field of audiology and charming manner means she is much in demand.

Tara Bishesari

Tara Bishesari

Clinical Audiologist

Tara has both a Master of Clinical Audiology degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Audiology from Beheshti Medical University. Tara chose Audiology as a career because she believes that addressing hearing needs contributes significantly to people’s quality of life.

She feels that in order to do this she needs to develop a rapport with her clients to understand their personalities, experiences and lifestyle demands so that she can ensure the best possible outcome for them. She invests time and care in determining hearing solutions that help her clients engage more meaningfully with their family, friends and colleagues and enjoys seeing the positive impact this has on their lives.

Mahsa Bakhit

Mahsa Bakhit

Clinical Audiologist

Mahsa holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Audiology and is a member of Audiology Australia. She is currently doing her PhD in Audiology at The University of Melbourne.

Apart from adult hearing rehabilitation, Mahsa has several years of experience in paediatrics’ hearing and vertigo/balance disorders.

Clinical Audiologist

Marcus has a Master of Clinical Audiology degree from The University of Melbourne and is a member of Audiology Australia. He has also completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) from Monash University specialising in stem cell treatments for cochlear implant, lung and liver fibrosis patients.

Marcus chose Audiology as a career because he recognises the impact hearing loss can have on our quality of life from his own experience with hearing loss. He is dedicated to helping others with a strong focus on promoting family and patient centred care.

Wai has been a practising Audiologist for six years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Honours from Monash University and a Master of Clinical Audiology from Melbourne University.
